A nuclear reaction in which nuclei combine to form more massive nuclei with the simultaneous release of energy.
That’s our goal here at Fusion Student Ministry. We want students from all over to “combine”, for fun, laughter and most importantly to experience God in a relevant way. As they “combine to form a more massive group” they can then go out into their schools and homes to “release” what they have experienced with others.
In order to be prepared for this experience, we are continually trying to pack the following ideas, beliefs, or convictions in our
student’s bags:
Prayer
an on-going (daily) and two-way (listening and speaking) conversation with God.
The Word
the Word of God is our source for wisdom, truth and authority. We want to daily
engage the Word of God, allowing the Spirit to carve into our hearts an obedient life.
Obedience
we will learn to trust God enough that we will put into practice everything he asks and commands.
Conversation
we want to value people by learning to listen to them and tell them about our faith.
Including and Inviting
we will live so that others can easily enter into our everyday lives and share experiences with us—eventually creating meaningful and faith-sharing conversation.
Serving
people will matter so much to us that we will adjust our lives by expressing care and seeking to meet their needs.
Meeting Times
Wednesday @ 6:30pm
Each Weeek there are students just like you who gather together to celebrate life through laughter, friendship, music, games, drama and an encouraging message from God's Word that's understandable. We've got a seat saved for you and we'd love to have you check it out. We don't believe that church should be boring and we try prove that each week.
Sunday @ 9:15am
Join us each Sunday morning as we dive into God and see what He has in store for your life. Let's go a bit deeper in The Word and a bit deeper in our relationships with each other. Don't miss out, you just might have some fun along the way.
Sunday @ 6pm
Starting June 6 we will be meeting in homes for small groups. This is going to be a great time, not only to grow in your relationship with God, but also to build relationships with other students and caring adults. you don't want to miss out on this.
